#DearMarvel,
One of the problems I have with trying to talk to Marvel is that I LIKE Marvel. I probably wouldn't still be trying to address this if I didn't like the company.
The Small Hero and I are watching Superhero Squad at this exact moment--while I vacillate between online shop for a spider-man shirt for me and reading about comic LGBT history and the current rumors about Marvel shows.
I know that Marvel and Stan Lee have shown themselves to be fairly progressive on issues like race and sexuality. So why will Marvel not respond to a simple fan complaint about "why are you cutting girls out of the picture"? I believe Marvel can do better--which is why I continue to address Marvel.
But it would be incredibly gratifying to hear that they believe they can do better.
