Dear Marvel,
Hi again. I've been wondering if my letters are ignored because they're long and ask hard questions. So I'm trying to make them shorter (although I'm not sure the questions are any easier. They're questions a reasonably competent 7 year old is more than capable of asking, but that doesn't make them easy to answer).
So, the question is "Why is the circled square blank?"
This is a screenshot from your shop on your website. This is the 'accessories' page. They're divided by adult and child (Makes sense. Although I think I need a Spidey snack container myself).
On the next bit, they're divided into Men and Women (not ideal. In fact, rather stupid, when there are 5 items 'for women' and 34 'for men'. And many of the very neutral items [like a hat with Cap's shield or any of the messenger bags or many of the tote bags] are only in the 'for men' section. Apparently women don't carry bags or like to save the planet when they buy groceries), Boys and....NOTHING.
See that spot on the little table you guys made? The spot that should say "Girls"? Why on Gaia's green globe, is it empty? Why, for the love of Spider Gwen, did NO ONE on Marvel's staff (you do have PR people, right?) notice that empty box and say "oh...why don't we move a few of these items, just randomly pick a few like we did with the 'women' section, and call include them for 'girls'."
Why are you working so hard to make your stuff not appeal to 'girls'?
Why would you include a blank box where the word 'girls' is supposed to be?
(Why, more than a year after first asking this sort of question, are you still working so hard to ignore it?)
You've got my contact information, please, I'd love to be able to post an answer.
