Dear Marvel,
I have a STELLAR way you can double your market share instantaneously, for zero dollars. That's right, double the selling power of some of the coolest featured kids items in your shop without spending a dime.
Delete the words "FOR BOYS".
(For what it's worth, I think you can delete the ones that say 'For Girls" too...but, quite honestly, I don't think that will do much, because the girl items are pretty lackluster--they're t-shirts.)
Because why on earth would Spider-Man Rain Boots be for boys? and why on earth would an Iron Man hoodie or light up costume be for boys? You don't happen to make a Spider-Girl or Spider-Woman or Spider-Gwen costume (*Hint, you should change that. Really.), so it seems like the least you could do is pretend you're intending the Spidey costumes to be for anyone who wants to pretend to have spider powers-regardless of gender.
(Yes, I can shop for my daughter in the 'for boys' section. I do. A lot. But wouldn't we all much rather send her the message "These cool things are for everyone who likes them" instead of "These cool things SAY they're 'for boys', but that's just narrow-minded grown-ups being narrow minded. You can like them, really!"? )
Might want to work on this,
Me
