So now, the tricky question is, are you going to respond? And if you do respond, will it be something more than the type of brush-off that @MarvelEntertainment went with before?
I'm sure whomever deals with the customer service ends of things at your companies will be well-aware that ignoring fan complaints (and yes, I am a fan. This whole thing has come up because I *WANT* to like your stuff and am feeling pushed out the door) just makes the complainants more vocal and obstinate. Considering how many times this message has been ignored, it's going to take more than form letter lip-service to feel heard.
